Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If we've made an error in imprinting your contact information or if you received a defective product, we will gladly replace or refund your order.

REFUNDS:

Please call us at (310) 370-7850 for an RA#, and as soon as we receive your return merchandise, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

REPLACEMENT:

Please call us at (310) 370-7850 for a RA#, place a new order online using the RA# in the coupon field. Please allow 7-10 days for your replacement order.

CANCELLATION:

You have 24 hours to cancel an order. To cancel your order, please call us at (310) 370-7850 or email us at orders@awaregear.com. Once you receive an email from us confirming your order, you cannot cancel it.
